Hello Beautiful Synesthetes!
Welcome to 'Chromatic Minds' - A Synesthete Podcast' this is a special project I've been working on.
I am going to introduce you to the beautiful brain of the neurological syndrome called Synesthesia.
Synesthesia is a neurological condition in which the stimulation of one sense causes the automatic experience of another sense.
Here are a few examples of Synesthesia: When you hear music you will see shapes and colours.
Or you hear a word or a name and instantly taste a strong flavour.
You might hear the name "Billy" and see blue Or you might read the word "street" and taste cotton candy.
The word "Synesthesia" is of Greek roots it translates to “perceive together.”
People who have this ability are called Synesthetes.
Every month I will upload an interview with unique Synesthetes from all around the world!
There's many types of Synesthesia out there, the more we share our stories the more we will help other Synesthetes acknowledge their gift and abilities.
Self-diagnosis of each type is made easier with your contribution to Synesthetes all around the world and major contribution to the Neurological & Psychological community in better understanding of Synesthesia.
I am reaching out to invite you to share your unique experiences with Synesthesia on my Podcast.
Our stories hold incredible power—not only for ourselves but for others who may be navigating their own paths toward understanding this fascinating phenomenon.
By coming together to share our diverse perspectives, we can foster genuine connections and create a supportive community.
Your voice could resonate with someone who is still on their journey of self-discovery, helping them recognize and embrace their own synesthetic experiences.
In sharing our narratives, we can illuminate the nuances of synesthesia, inspire self-evaluation, and offer insights that might be transformative.
Let’s embark on this journey together, creating a space where our experiences can unite and empower others.
Yours truly & lovingly,
Smadar Frisch
